Empowering Yourself ~ Exercise 1

Empowering Questions

We have all of our answers inside of us. When we become quiet and ask ourselves a "What" or "How" question, we can receive the information and clarity that we need at the time to feel good and to resolve our problems.

It is important to include the word "now" because then we are in the precious moment which is the only time that we can make a difference. The past is for us to learn from, and our future is dependent on what we choose to think and how we decide to act in the present. Change your present and reshape your future!

Therefore to create what you want in your life, focus on what you can do now. It is helpful to first relax in a quiet place, close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then read an empowering question out loud and type in your answer. Allow your creative, all wise part of you to flow with no limitations.
