Affirmations To Raise Your Self-Esteem

Negative thoughts keep us stuck in one place. So in order to move on in your life, it's necessary to substitute positive thoughts for negative ones. These are called affirmations.

With a little determination, you can turn any negative thought into a positive one. Listen to your daily thoughts and conversations. Whenever you hear a negative thought, change it to a positive one. After awhile, you will begin to do it automatically.

(I recommend that you work on no more than five at a time)

  1. I am okay even when I'm scared.
  2. I am a worthwhile person.
  3. I am important.
  4. I am good enough.
  5. I am okay.
  6. I am lovable.
  7. I am attractive.
  8. I am intelligent.
  9. I am creative and intuitive.
  10. I am competent and talented.
  11. I am a good person.
  12. I am wanted and I belong.
